Dr. Cooley understands that poor dental health can lead to serious health problems such as heart disease and kidney disease that may shorten your pets life. Therefore, Cooley Animal Clinic will give a 20% discount off the regular cost of dental cleaning procedures starting January 22nd, 2018 through February 28th, 2018. Call in advance for details. Leptospirosis may be a problem as close as your backyard!
Leptospirosis is a bacterial disease that can be found in most mammals, including livestock (cattle, pigs, and sheep) and wildlife (deer, raccoons, opossums, skunks, rats and other rodents). The bacteria are passed via the urine into water sources, where they reside.
